We are a small family business and so we can concentrate on the things that matter. We choose the products we sell with real love and care and hope you are happy with your purchases.

Delivery
UK Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery: £ 4.95 for all orders within mainland UK except furniture, lighting and mirrors. 

Delivery: 1 – 5 Days
We despatch items in stock by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within two working days of receiving your order. Most orders received before 1pm are despatched from our warehouse the same day (subject to stock availability). Expected delivery is within 5 working days, but is generally sooner and will require a signature. During busy seasonal periods we may take a little longer, if your order is urgent please let us know and we will try our best to meet any deadlines. 

Europe Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery: £ 7.95 for all orders within Europe except furniture, lighting and mirrors. 

Delivery: 3 – 7 Days
We despatch items in stock by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within two working days of receiving your order. International Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery: £ 12.95 for all orders other than mainland UK or Europe except furniture, lighting and mirrors. 

Delivery: 5 – 10 Days

Returns
Our returns policy is simple! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart (which is fair enough) you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. Here’s some easy to follow guidelines to our online returns policy. 

Faulty or Defective items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email info@lilimaes.co.uk immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Please complete the returns form that is sent with your order, and post the items back within 14 days of receipt to the address below and we will happily refund your costs in returning the item to us. You are responsible for any other services in connection with your purchase such as gift wrapping. 

Change of Heart 
Although we hope you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will wish to return some items. Please fill in the returns form that is sent with your order, and post the items back within 14 days of receipt to the address below where we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. Goods returned due to a change of heart must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (please make sure any instructions and product packaging is included) otherwise we will not be able to refund you. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase such as delivery charge, gift wrapping and return postage.

Please wrap the items very securely and use recorded/special delivery, keeping the receipt in case of any damages in transit. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. 

Refunds, replacement and exchanges:
Refunds For items that are defective or faulty and sent back to LiliMaes within 14 days or the result of a Change of Heart and sent back to LiliMaes within 14 days, a refund, replacement or exchange will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s) by LiliMaes. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. Please note that item(s) that are returned to us that are not due to our error will have the return shipping costs deducted from the refund. 

Please note, in all instances LiliMaes shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
